Another week, another list of links.
1. SXSW, A Mix—NPR has put together a mix of 100 songs by artists who will be at this year’s SXSW. There is some really great music here. www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=101495094
2. AppCraver—Have an iPhone or iPod Touch? Want reviews of the latest and best apps? Then this is the site for you. www.appcraver.com
3. A/V Geeks—Watch hundreds of old 16mm movies from when you were in school (or before). Those were the days. www.avgeeks.com/our-films-online
4. Deep Font Challenge—A quick and fun font game for all those designers out there. www.deep.co.uk/games/font_game
5. Irie Web Design Awards—Collection of the latest excellent websites, updated daily. There are some very pretty websites on here. irie.be
6. Personalized Sharpies—I haven’t actually ordered one yet, but you can personalize your own sharpies. I may have found possible Christmas gifts, at least for a few people. secure.newellrubbermaid.com/sanford/consumer/sharpie/personalizesharpie/personalize.jhtml
7. DailyLit—This website lets you read books one day at a time. You pick the book, the frequency of the emails and away you go. I’m reading Anna Karenina at the moment and I’m halfway done with 262 of 430 emails read. dailylit.com
8. Netvibes—This site has been around for a long time, but for those of you who haven’t used it I recommend checking it out. It’s a site that lets you control and organized all of your feeds into one site. I find it super helpful. www.netvibes.com
9. MentalFloss—One of my favorite magazines to read when traveling has a great site full of useless information and quizzes. I’m a sucker for quizzes. www.mentalfloss.com
10. BBC News—I recommend getting your news from an organization that doesn’t suck (I’m talking about you CNN). news.bbc.co.uk

Thanks for these, Kate. I’m tired of visiting my same four sites. I’m going to try DailyLit now.
